Last time we were first at the door, though we didn't have tickets (doh!). When they opened the doors at 9 there was a line all the way down the museum steps and around the corner. I hear coat check takes a while so I'll probably aim for getting there myself at 8:30 the latest. I'll probably try to be in the area around 8 though. I'd like to be inside early enough to check out the place (and maybe even squeeze in the space show) before it gets too packed.
Split a cab to Cielo afterwards, you say?? Sounds good to me :cool: |

Will call is pretty fast. Except they have to look for your name.
Sometimes you can go to the lil screen like movie theaters have and swipe the credit card and your tickets will print out.
There are 2 coat check ins. One as soon as you walk in and another at the actual space center.
I'm probably gonna get there at 10:30.
10:00 starts the planetarium shows and they run every half hour.
So getting there 9:30-10 is just fine. :) |

You don't have to go there so early. Trust me! I was at the end of that huuuuge line outside and it all moved in pretty fast.
You guys need to also get drink tickets like you are purchasing movie tickets at the lil computer kiosk thing. So at first the lines are huuuuge when ppl walk in. Throughout the rest of the night they are pretty empty. [once everyone is buzzed]
It's 6 bucks for a glass of wine or a can of beer and there aren't many choices. I am a Heineken girl so it was perfect for me.
Can't wait for the my 2nd OSB party :eyespop: .

I am sick as fuk [and down to my last tissue :(] and my boyfriend is worse off than I am.

Stuff's really been going around lately. I'm just recovering from the worst stomach virus I've ever had and Jay's still recovering from a cold/cough he caught a few days ago. I've gotta wonder why drug stores don't sell over the counter antibiotics. Good luck recovering quickly :nervous: . Pom juice/OJ/water/tea/fresh fruit/multivitamin overload FTW! |
