From the website
"Due to popular demand, and a lot of noise made by our very loyal customers, Fopp’s music, DVD and book stores have been kept alive. Or at least some of our great shops have."
Fopp is looking to re-open stores at these locations:
* London 1 Earlsham Street
* Cambridge 37 Sydney Street
* Edinburgh 3/15 Rose Street
* Glasgow 19 Union Street
* Glasgow 358 Byres Rd
* Manchester 19 Brown Street
* Nottingham The Frontage
Queen Street
EDIT*
ah....just done some research with some in house sources at work, and apparently HMV have rescued Fopp from being in administration (6 stores anyway) by buying them out from Ernst & Young (the administrators). HMV also plan to ressurect the stores online service.
ACES! |
