Is it just me or do you find that when you download songs from AG that most of the time they are bloody rips, or the songs arn't named properly....
For s sake, especially when your on 56k and your itching to get the song, it's 99% done then u find its some ty rock music or something.
How do YOU get decent quality songs or make sure that they are the right ones people ? |

| Generally I get a feel when I select 'click here for an exact version' from the list that's provided. However while downloading right click the file, Copy, then either Paste or Paste Short Cut. Rename the Copy Of.... removing the .temp and listen. 500k to 800k on a 12mB download will give you an idea. |

u dont need to do all this...
just drag&drop the .temp file into your winamp playlist, and winamp plays it...that's all |

| I get mis-named files every now and then but never any rock tunes. Just sample what you are downloading and stop it if it is the wrong thing. |

i DO get too many tunes that have skips (data loss)
so i have to search for a version with some more bytes in filesize :whip:
but never any rock tunes:conf:
when i first started using AG i add the most popular version which was always 128/radio edit/radio rip, but when you choose exact version this helps a lot |
