Dude I have no idea if you are dumb or just playing dumb...Here read

Gender discrimination

See also: Sex discrimination

Gender discrimination is discrimination against a person or group on the basis of their sex or gender.

Socially, sexual differences have been used to justify societies in which one sex or the other has been restricted to significantly inferior and secondary roles. While there are non-physical differences between men and women, there is little agreement as to what those differences are.

Unfair discrimination usually follows the gender stereotyping held by a society.

The United Nations had concluded that women often experience a "glass ceiling" and that there are no societies in which women enjoy the same opportunities as men. The term "glass ceiling" describes the process by which women are barred from promotion by means of an invisible barrier.[citation needed] In the United States, the Glass Ceiling Commission has stated that between 95 and 97 percent of senior managers in the country's biggest corporations are men. [4]

Transgendered individuals, both male to female and female to male, often experience problems which often lead to dismissals, underachievement, difficulty in finding a job, social isolation, and, occasionally, violent attacks against them.

[edit] Legislation

In the U.S., Title VII of the CRA of 1964 allows the consideration of BFOQ for gender (contact prison guards, washroom attendants) but such permission is extremely limited. The Equal Pay Act (part of the Fair Labor Standards Act) prohibits wage discrimination by employers and labor organizations based solely on sex.

In the UK, the principal legislation is found in the Equal Pay Act 1970 (which provides for equal pay for comparable work) and the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, which makes discrimination against women or men (including discrimination on the grounds of marital status) illegal in the workplace. The adoption of the Human Rights Act 1998 in 2000 provides more scope for redressing all forms of discriminatory imbalances....

You cannot discriminate or give different treatment to a gender and not the other...

Now are you asking me to sue Drais??? lol No thanks!! I am not a low life I was just telling you the law and that if there was a low life out there with some money they can them up real bad!!!

Hey guys....Im all confused with where to hit up for this weekend - only thing for sure done is cedric @ wet republic sunday & Tiesto.

I need help - debating going to puff fri or sun... Anyone have guest list information? I have no idea what they are charging for lee burridge friday.

Other option after Tiesto is Sunday at Drais....I enjoy roger, but does anyone know what time he would be slated to go on? I will want to stay as long as tiesto/faarsheed are going at jet, so will that still be the right time for roger? (or dubfire at puff for that matter?)

and someone was asking about Danny Tenaglia Sat night....its an option we are debating. Not set in stone by any means, we are going to play that one by ear. Need to have energy for sunday pool party & long night ahead!

Tell me about it! I always party too hard at night to make it to a day party. Unless I purposely sleep early to go to the day party.

i'll actually be in Vegas during Memorial Day weekend. My good buddy from Boston is getting married so we're throwing him one last banger.

Thing is, only two of us actually listen to edm.

We'll be at JET Friday then PURE on Saturday.

Quick question, does Empire have afterhours on Saturday? I really would like to check it out...that's if I'm not completely wasted by then and/or glued to the poker table lol.

Yup! They will be open! I good idea is to go a lil earlier, like after midnight. Get a handstamp, leave and come back. Don't think Jet has ins and outs but Pure and sometimes Drais does (they might not or may charge you since its Memorial Weekend).

You should come to Empire afterhours Sat night for Danny Tenaglia! It's across the street from Monte Carlo, behind Wallgreens.

Really? But I don't think they do when they have a headliner like Sharam or Tiesto.

i've never been on a Tiesto nite but have been for Sharam and they did have in-and-out. granted that was 2 years ago. i was there last the Monday before Christmas 2007 for Faarsheed's weekly party. that was the busiest i've ever seen it there and the cover was something like $50 or $80 and they had ins-and-outs that nite.
