| If you have cable I don't think you can change your ip unless they change it for you. If you have DSL I think it changes everytime you start your comptuer / dsl modem. And dialup is different for each session (so anyone on modem should vote everytime they log in). |

it appears that it uses the local computers' ip address. I am behind a router and i am pretty sure that i have a different ip today than i had yesterday morning, but it sill recognizes that i have voted before... |
