This is the first song I've posted on this site. I haven't really worked out the synths the way I want, or the actual structure of the track. Trying to clean it up and make things flow a bit better. This is what I have so far.
& since I never submit work on this forum it'd be interesting to see what people think. =]

I like it m8 :)
It switches up many times; it surprises you b/c you don't know what to expect.
It's a tad cheesy for my ears though b/c I don't like trance as much as I used to. |

It's not really trance though. It was cheesy to my ears too and I'm a total trance freak. It's hard dance all the way, especially with the way it changes up several times so suddenly ... unless you're going to substitute the synths for something trancier. I'm really not one to get into hard dance at all so you'll need a hard dance lover to take a listen for a reliable critique, but from what I can hear its got a phat low end and sounds like a fairly pro attempt at hard dance so if that's what you're going for then nicely done :) |

Awesome, thanks guys.
Def still a lot of synth work and cleaning up to do.
Had no idea it wasn't trance either. Will try to make it less "cheesy" sounding lol. I only have one lead from vanguard but I notice anytime I put vanguard in a track I get that cheesy comment.
Not bad for other sounds but for basic leads it really doesn't do it for me. |

This is more psy-trance than hard-dance, although it does sound like a mix-up between the two styles.
Sounds quite nice and promising.
If i were you, i'd go for a more psy-sound, making your track sound less cheesy.
There's an artist you sound similar to, search for "Coretex", maybe that'll help you discover in what direction to go to. |
