I don't eat Indian too often but I did go to this one place I liked.

Is that anywhere near the Main St. station?

I usually like hitting some of the places on Lexington Ave around 28th street. Too bad I forget exactly where I ate :o

hmm isn't 6th Street around 1st avenue a well-known area for Indian restaurants? I havent been in years but i do recall going there a few times in the past...

theres definitely one or two good ones around 28th street/Lex, used to work around there and would get some during lunch :)

Indian food here is awful and its usually cooked by Afghans and Mexicans..One of my realtors is Indian and He said it's impossible to import the traditional ingredients due to some bull laws..

I'll take what I can get. It would be a just a bit painful for my wallet if I flew to England every time I wanted my Indian food fix. :p
