Yeah it's pretty gay. I live only a few hours away from redmond and i think i can take it there for a lot cheaper, i am not sure tho. |

What he means is that you obviously aren't telling us the whole story - why and/or how did you Wii break?
The only way Nintendo is going to charge you money is if it was your fault, in which case - tough . |

Wierd, my warranty was up 8 months ago and nintendo re-issued another year warranty cause i was really friendly to the service guy on the phone and he told me to say that my wii was making noises after i bought smash bros. and that nintendo was fixing WII's with said issues. No charge for fixing it, (which they did slightly, and reduced the noise, but its still somewhat noisy). Now if anything happens within the year, nintendo gonna fix my WII for free! Im surprised they didnt help you out more... |

You shouldn't be surprised, he's only telling half the story.
I can guarantee you this kid isn't being treated unfairly, he's just upset because something he did to break his system is now going to cost him money to get fixed.

so i was going to my parents for dinner tonight to celebrate my b-day. i've been low on cash lately and usually just get a bit of money for my birthday. my plan's to just use it to pay bills but knowing my mom she'd insist i go out and buy something for myself so i was planning on using a bit of this plus target gift cards i've been hoarding from various occasions to buy super smash brothers tonight after dinner. i'd let myself play tonight, then set aside really playing and going online for tuesday after a midterm i have.
however. its sunday. mothering sunday. i didn't finish with dinner till 8:50ish. looked at the clock at 8:58, and then quickly ran to find a target ad from the sunday paper. it closes at 9, and i was at least 10 minutes away.

so yeah now i'm gonna ing fail my exam if i buy it tomorrow so i'll be on tuesday night without a doubt :p
so if anyone wants some easy wins, i'll be taking it straight online at some point tuesday afternoon :)
as an aside: has it been hard to find a copy at all? |
