Has anyone ever used Hotwire to book a hotel?

there's a good deal on hotwire to book a hotel.
the only stipulation to the deal is that the hotel choice in NOT an option. they assign it to you
(you can choose what star hotel you want though... ie 4 star)

company took us to cancun for a week in 2005 and we stayed at the hilton and it was over the ing top..
