At 22, he is the most experienced of the Underdog Collective and has an impressive amount of underground appearances, in and out of Montreal. With Caesar K. as early mentor, Josh Wink and Laurent Garnier as artistic idols, Paul R. is rising fast towards recognition. In April, he will be opening the first Quebec held official Tecktonik event, and rock the Daome next week. He has secured two monthlys that are bound to kick in May in both Gallery and Academy. With prestigious venues like this one, and SAT set in the not too distant future, expect this guy to keep growing to star scale. And I can't wait for this guy to sling some of his insane funk-tech to a wider audience this summer. Definitely a symbol of Montreal's new wave of DJ mavericks.
