With the correct use of the filter's anything could be done on the Xone!

No, we'll be using 3 cdj800 and a xone 92. no computer or any beatcounter.
We have developed our ears to be able to beatmatch VERY FAST (under a second) without headphones, without looking at the bpm, without knowing which track will be played.
Come and see it by urself :)
It will be a tag team, and we didnt prepare the set in advance either

As viktor said with a xone92, anything is possible :)

and a load of room disto and reverb :thepirate

To answer Dj Nacht; Xone92, great monitors & plenty of headroom!

The high pass filter as well the resonance knob work wonders, and of course, you need great monitor speakers for such performances :)

Come hear it for yourself, you keep on talking about how much you love techno, I guarentee you will get alot of it!

That sounds pretty cool man, seriously!!!

But, seriously tho, I know you're talented and all but I have some questions :) PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ don't take offense in anything I ask, I don't want another TA rivalry :( It's just for my knowledge of what exactly you guys are doing. Thank you in advance :)

1) How are you gonna cue your first beat of the track coming in without being able to hear it? Sure, you can hear it through the monitors but that means the dancefloor can hear it and that really doesn't sound good, from my experience. Not every track starts with a kick, nor does every track start as soon as you press the play button. Sometimes, there's a 5 (or so) second delay before you hear anything.

2) How do you want anyone to believe (I'm not saying you can't do it) that you're not looking at your BPM? It's right there, in your face, telling you that 0.8% = 1 BPM (if you use that system, that is). If you put some duct tape over that spot on the CDJs, I'll believe you :p:p:p JUST KIDDING!!!

The way I see it, you'll bring in your track, it'll be off for like, 3-10 seconds (or however long it takes you to fix it...1 second, in your case ;), 5000000000000000 seconds in mine :p) and then it'll sound great. But, that doesn't make for a perfect mix, no? IMO, if there's any "offness" whatsoever, then the mix is not perfect, it needs work.

I realllllllllllly wanna come see you guys, it's been way too long. And this concept is beyond interesting to me, so for sure I wanna check it out! My only problem is exams :(:(:( I can't around too much unfortunately. I'll try to come but can't promise it. Please take videos (as you guys usually do) so I can see this magic happen somehow :)
