| It's going to be a cluster all day Wednesday in SF. Just look how bad it is already in other cities with the relay. SF will bring out the hardcores too. |

I remember him walking down on market during the Clinton years. He had a sign that said "IMPEACH CLINTON" |

Gotta Love Frank Chu, check out his wiki page.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Chu awesome!
I had a Frank sighting yesterday, over at Ferry Park, and he can seen wandering around behind the KGO news reports during the coverage. He loves the cameras!

So did anyone else go check out the supposed torch relay? I went down there with my sister to support the free Tibet folks, although I don't really agree with the idea of stopping the torch (or traffic!) or something to make your point. Luckily, no one had the opportunity since they took it down Van Ness anyway! That seemed like a terrible move; the pro-Tibet people considered it a victory that the closing ceremonies were canceled, and all the people that just wanted to see the torch got totally ed! Sounds like they're pretty pissed! :D
It was very interesting. I was really surprised there was no violence (that I saw, anyway) considering how many ing people there were and how livid they were!
I took a ton of pictures and a few videos. If anyone's interested, I can upload 'em somewhere and post 'em. :) |

I watched the torch relay live on KGO-TV. Got the aerial view from the helicopter cam with CRAZY zoom lens.
Kinda felt bad for the people that were waiting at Herman Plaza since the morning and the closing ceremony ended up being canceled! :stongue: It was also funny to see the relay change routes off of the crowded city streets to barren back streets :wtf:
At least there was no violence, the barricade around the torch was 3-4 cops deep plus motorcycles plus vehicles. :eyes: |
