New track from M83's forthcoming album "Couleurs"
How much new wave is too much new wave? This sounds like something from New Order/Flock Of Seagulls and was probably missing from every teen 80s movie ever :p

well, not to take this down emotional avenue, but from the video the girl had to be someone she wasn't. so many people are fake in high school. they aren't who they want to be.
sidenote: song reminds me of some of The Stars tunes... they have a good remix CD too actually. |

It does sound very "'80s."
I don't know what it is, but '80s music (and '80s-influenced stuff like M83) always makes me think of high school. Yet I went to high school in the late '90s / early '00s.
