While I got myself a hot lil comfy dress @ Forever 21 and another cute yellow shirt to add to the yellow list.
Yellow & White = my fav for shirts.
BR is good for work skirts cuz they have PETITE but omg so $$. |

I like to buy clothing that is cheap in cost but looks expensive, rather than expensive clothing that looks expensive, costs a bunch, and is actually cheaply made.
That being said, I've never owned anything from Banana Republic, so I'm sure it could be quality.
The vast majority of stuff I've ever bought from Express Men has either fallen apart way to quickly or not fit right (another huge problem as companies don't seem to make much clothing designed for a 140 lb. 5 foot 7 guy).
