Hold on a damn minute. Are you telling me that someone looked in a garbage can, saw what they thought was a baby, and then said to themselves "That looks like a baby in the garbage. I better call the police and tell them there is a baby in the garbage rather than checking to see if it's ACTUALLY A ING BABY IN THE GARBAGE."????
