So I've been going mad trying to figure out how to upload a video
onto iTunes Podcasts, which seemed so simple when I offered to do it for
a client at work!
I would be so grateful if one of you could review the XML doc saved here, I'd just like to make sure it would work before uploading? No one else to help me with this. :(

Also, do any of you recommend a certain place to host files? So hard
finding a reputable place that can sustain a certain amount of bandwith.
