This set is fantastic! I'm on my third or fourth listen.
The mixing is generally fantastic, with one or two "noticeable" transitions. A bit of harmonic mixing really polishes the set... nice. There are a few breakdowns in there that don't interrupt the flow too much. I love the theme that is maintained throughout the set without letting it get too boring. I really would love to hear this set on a big club system. It sounds fantastic even on my crap speakers here at work. The set really seems to build and have a lot of ebb and flow, which is something I really look for in a mix. There was some great percussion programming in these tracks as well.
Great, now I have some new tracks to buy...lol.
Great job, I'm sure I will be keeping this one around for quite a while! I'm listening to it here at work and it's a great soundtrack to an otherwise uneventful and boring day.
If you can be bothered, check out the mix in my sig. It's a lot housier (and, actually, kinda trancey), though, so it may not be your thing.
Well done! |

| this was pretty good...as mentioned, there were a few spotty transitions but the tracks were nice. :) Not a big thing, but id love to hear you cue in a bit earlier some of those tracks would have meshed well had you held them together longer. Keep em coming and go habs go. :) |
