| It depends who has the rubber gloves. I mean I definitely don't want some infected cum dumpster broad touching my precious without protection, but as a relationship progresses and trust is built there is a time when the gloves can come off. |

| It is standard for every border city. Yes they have customs at the border, but also a few miles outside of the city. Cuts down on smuggling. |
