If ever I have dreamed about attenging an EDM event, The Prodigy has always been no.1 by several country miles. Now, today, I received a newsletter saying they are playing THE DAY BEFORE I LEAVE England for good, FIVE MINUTES from my house!!!!!!
I swear I almost pissed in my pants when I got the email. I am ing ECSTATIC. Holy , I never ever imagined this.
Prodigy gig experiences anyone???????

| i saw them live here in 05 at the guvernment, they were massive. it was like a punk rock concert packed in a small club. |

I regret not seeing them at Ultra a few years ago but fuk it.. WMC gets a bit crazy and Ultra is sooooooo commercial.:o |

They closed Pinkpop Festival (outdoor) a few years ago. I haven't been there, but could hear it from 10 miles!!. Friends told me it was massive. 60000 people and weatherstations registrated earth movement.
Don't know whether you can compare it with that. Unfortunately Prodigy didn't allow camera recordings for television then, such a shame.... probalby because Pinkpop always is the first of the big festivals in Europe each year. |

| yeah but what about fat of the land. or their liveacts are more rock than techno now. imo around 1994-5 they where best with music for the jilted generation. its somehow my reference when it comes to good production |

this is true.. even their newer stuff is far more electronic than rock. however when on stage, their stage presence feels more like that of a rock band than your typical dance act.
i saw them at dance valley 06 & ing loved it, made my weekend! :D |
