I'd like to add

Kruder and Dorfmeister - DJ Kicks
Schiller - Weltreise (!!!)
Dave Seaman - Back To Mine

..how could I forget Shpongle!?

my fav would be 'Tales of the Inexpressible'
Watts
DJ Teebee & K - The Deeper Side Of Drum & Bass
TranceGiant
I also recently discovered this style which I can hardly categorize...apparently there's a vibrating Scandinavian new-age-jazz/trip-hop scene that produces a unique sound I've never heard before. It's really awesome.

His 1996 Logical Progression (as recommended by Grim) is one of the definitive mix compilations of any genre. It's also out of print.

On his production side, his album Journey Inwards is still in print and is pretty easy to find. Highly recommended, although not quite as seminal as Logical Progression.

Weren't you the one who had never heard Sasha's San Francisco GU until like last year?

And anyway, I'd recommend Howells' 2002 EM over 24/7.

Hooverphonic - Blue Wonder Powder Milk
Telepopmusik - Genetic World
Imogen Heap - I Megaphone
Emiliana Torrini - Love in the Time of Science
piku303
aquasky's orange dust album - totally amazing
hallucinogen in dub mixed by ott
kruder and dorfmeister
sphongle
telefon tel aviv
amon tobin

Yeah, all three of her albums are fantastic. The first time I listened to Love in the Time of Science all the way through I immediately went out and tracked down her other two albums as well. She should be due with something new soon (I hope).
