Anything can by psychologically addicting. Maybe the problem isn't the pot, but the people? If it wasn't pot, it could just as easily be coke... alcohol... caffeine... , I know some folks that go through WoW withdrawls!
Bottom line is, some people can handle it... some people cant. Know your body. Hell, some folks can't even drink a cup of coffee because it geeks them out! |

Way to miss the point completely. Kids can play with glow sticks all they want, but should they be playing with them at a rave? Lord no. The last thing they need to see are drunks and people rolling their asses off, dressed in skimpy clothing playing a friendly game of "grab ass" with each other. Not quite healthy for a children's mind. Not to mention that you should've taken the child to the doctor before asking us. Sure, you can post here and ask about it, but you should've made sure to get your child taken care of properly before wasting your time on the internet.
Rolling at your own house (I assume the kids were there, if not, feel free to correct me), is also not an example of stand-up parenting.
And me be a paranoid parent? Simply because I don't condone you exposing your children to ecstasy and the amount of "debauchery" that goes on at a rave, does not mean that I will be "paranoid."
You're just as childish as your children are. Grow up. |

| Your right I never want to grow up. Why should I? Rollin at my house used to be the . I loved it. So did all my ADULT friends. Of course my kids were never there. I may act like I am 2, but I do have some brains. Thank you very much. I have taken my kids to some great events in CP and in Jersey and at Ultra. I have a 20 year old. Who travels with us. He amazing. And a great man. As far as glow stick issue, I did call. And I asked here. So you dont know. Kids are gonna see worse things in their lives than glow stix at a PVD show. And if there are glow stix at shows there not allowed I heard somewhere the anit-rave bill took care of that. Saw one guy get arrested for having them at Armin. O, and if all I do is roll maybe 3 or 4 times a year now and I dont drink, smoke, snort, shootup or trip I consider myself clean compared to most people who cant get through the day without their fix. So I rest my case, and if you ever come to DE, I will show you how to Party Like a Rock Star and take care of your responsibilities, cause noone else is gonna do it for you. |
