Clearly you're unfamiliar with Az' style. |

great interview, love how he thought magda was a german dude :stongue:

In a way, it's akin to meeting the Dalai Lama and correcting him for forgetting your name - there simply doesn't seem much point. |

Im very glad its coming back.
Im never one to play or listen to an awful lot of Techno, i must admit. But this is the sort of Techno i really like. Good 'Shakey' percussive ass spanking Techno, high in BPM. Really something to get your teeth into. |

Agree with you, I never really followed techno too much back in the pre-minimal era... but apart from a few Cox tracks, a bit of the Swedish Joel Mull/Adam Beyer stuff, and of course Robert Hood, I really liked the faster, more percussive style. Totally suited to wreak havoc on the dancefloor. |

| We absolutely should head toward way more percussion. I always thought the live drum shows in South Beach, circa mid to late 90's (at a club that a French Dude, Freddy, managed)were the best! Right now I am listening to "Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin, Marco Bailey, Cristian Varela, Dj Rush, Dave Clarke, Chris Liebing 1.mp3." I know this name is not very descriptive, but I just downloaded this the other day when looking for Hawtin stuff. Anyone hear this set? It is pretty banging all the way through! |

it's doing me alright so far, and I manage not to confuse anything people say on here, perhaps it's you that should read what people say more clearly....
labelling Sims and Beyer as a offsoot of schranz is massively ignorant, and fundamentally wrong, congratulations. Just to reiterate, everything you've posted in this thread thus far has been utter . Well done.
I guess you're the other retarded Greek who feels the need to pipe up in every other thread I've heard so much about.....
you and other retards give your country a bad name, for shame. |

When me and my friend started spinning, we would play house. And one day we were like "we both like techno... lets try to play it"
for someone who just started spinning only house.... playing techno was soooo many trainwrecks.
Just a little something to throw out there. :p |

and so you stay par for the course.
I dunno, this type of techno can tread a very fine line with me. I usually have to be into hearing it. I can't say it's bad music because it definitely isn't. It's generally just not for me I don't think. |
