One weekend in Montreal!!

Hey everyone,
My friend and I are in Montreal from Vancouver this Thurs-Tues and are looking to party (obviously). If you guys could give suggestions on some clubs that play trance/house/dnb/tech we would really appreciate it. We do plan on going to the king unique show on Saturday...
Also, what are some good pubs downtown to watch the canadiens game tonight??? Looking for some spots with rowdy habs fans.

Bell Centre is where it's at tonight. Hit up the tailgate party before the game, then find any bar you can get into around the area since it'll be off the hook all night when we eliminate boston =P If you can get into the Cage aux Sports or Peel Pub it'll be pretty loud, but you'll have to get there early I imagine.
Check out St. Laurent for general Friday/Saturday clubbing; I highly recommend hitting up Stereo if you're not fond of going to sleep. |

Damn right the Bruins are going down, its gonna be pretty nuts downtown tonight after the habs win. Was planning on checkin out stereo this friday..

Kavinsky @ Coda Club, for nu-rave/dance-rock action, packed with cute ladies. arrive early, the venue is tiny (like arrive before midnight and entrance is free.

Overdose loves Akarien @ Parking, the weekly techno/electro night in one of Montreal's hottest and biggest club (its a mixed night, so if you cant stand some gay guys, avoid). Tonight, resident DJ mini teams up with the Akarien crew. cheap beer and cheap entrance.

ya, all those suggestions are really helpful.
The only place on sunday is...? Got cut off there I think. We are definitely up for a four nighter. Then back to van for a sasha and digweed show! Sounds like we will be leaving pretty sore but smiling. Thanks boys. |
