im trying to buy Romanthony's Nightvision - Never (Starchaser Sexy Affair Remix) but the kunts at Ultra music wont sell it to me cause apparently the track isnt available IN MY TERRITORY . what kind of bull is that?
and they are the only ******s that have it. Them and Buy.com which is telling me the same .

I already had that like so often. Obviously there are some dumbasses at the music industry still not getting that there are no borders on the internet.
I still remember beatport stating why it is like that (with the territory problems):
Artist makes a tracks, Label A signs it, but only distributes it in Europe. Now the track is licensed to Label B that distributes it in USA. If Label B now puts it on beatport or else it says, that it only has distribution rights for USA, ergo: You can only buy it, if you're from the states.
Makes sense, but it's still bull. |

see there might have been a shipping issue which is somewhat understandable. but downloading?
you stop illegally downloading and this is how they treat you.

That's a very mature approach to it. Also, you should use the search function next time, unless you honestly thought this was the first time this has happened to someone. |
