| It's not really a matter of "can", but more a matter of "would". I wouldn't. A fresh install is always best and you will have beter performance and less downtime in the long run. |

ive always found you can get the same result with a system checkup and general cleaning. |

as echo said, yes you can. but he is right if poss do a clean install. This doesnt mean thing will go worng but it guarantee's no silly little probs down the line that may happen. |
