need windows xp help (for idiots)

hi, i was cleaning my harddrive and found a file in C:\Windows with the name "Memory.dmp". It is 262 MB big and I have no clue what it does and if I can just go ahead and delete it....
Anybody? Please?

thanks, i am a retarded CS major.. so i can make retarded CS major humors :D my roommate and i walk around campus like that a lot.. we make st00pid jokes and piss our pants afterwards :D |

talk to each other in 1337-h4><0r speak
piss ourselves laughing whenever we hear the word "owner" or "owned" .. it's funny to hear on the news about something getting owned :D

me and my bro are killing ourselves laughing and they're thinking wtf?
after we started using words like ownage, rapage, haxage etc.. we wrote down every single word we could think of that ended in -age
the list is like 60 words long :haha:
now whenever we hear a word that ends in -age (eg package), we both grin :D |
