They’ve been having a bit of a breather since 2004’s top 20 cracking ‘Satellite’ but now OceanLab are back, back, back! The combined forces of Jono Grant, Tony McGuiness, Paavo Siljamäki & full-time vocalist & professional spine-tingle artist Justine Suissa have returned to lead the charge into summer!
Lighting the fire, Above & Beyond lead the mix package with their full-force Club version. Packing in the entire elegiac, lamenting range of loveliness you’ve come to know and love from OceanLab, their mix will be gracing speaker cones from here to Amnesia.
Remix-wise, this release is fielding an all-German squad. Under their Cosmic Gate guise, centre-forwards Nic Chagall and Stefan Bossems deliver a big right-left volley with their cool, cruising, tech-fused Vocal & Dub interpretations. Kyau & Albert are keeping watch over the midfield, with their break-beat powered breakdown and monster lift-off. If you’re looking for a something deeper and proggier, then the Sonorous mix is probably for you. Taking on a roving defender/goalkeeper remit (and stretching the football metaphor to breaking point!), he delivers a hyper-engaging neo-trance remake.
This is all just the tip of the iceberg too people! The new OceanLab album’s out this summer so there’s plenty more action to come.

The track is already 3 years old (at least the K&A remix) but A&B only finished their club mix recently |
