| Call the ticket clinic or any other attorney who deals with traffic violations. They usually always get u out of any points, driving schools, and sometimes get it thrown out of court without any fees. They are cheap too at around $100...well worth it to not have to worry. |

and on top of that they do all the work for you. you just fax over a copy of your ticket and you're done with your part... they take it to court and do the rest. |

Maybe you should tell the cop how to do his job.
They might ride away in guilt. |

I've luckily somehow only gotten 1 speeding ticket in the 5-6 years I've been driving. That 1, however, was a bitch that could have gone worse.
Apparently, the cop got me going 62 in a 30. This was bull, as it was a 40MPH zone when I was actually driving the said speed, and it was down to 30 in the place he pulled me over (obviously I wasn't going that fast when I realized a cop had seen me and I tried to play it cool). This was a big deal because anything 25+ in the state of Illinois is considered wreckless driving, meaning felony charges. Luckily the cop "gave me a break" and wrote it down as 62 in a 40, even though thats what I actually did in the first place.
He even gave me the offer of "if you pay me $75 in cash right now, we'll forget this whole ordeal"...as shady as it is, the rules of entrapment would have allowed for me to do it, but I didnt have 75 on me, so I got the $100 ticket instead. |

You know when hot women get pulled over, they open the blouse a bit to show some boob, and go scott-free.
Next time you get pulled over by a copette, open your fly and let it hang out a bit, you may get off. |

Well down here in the great state of Alabama the state has what they call "Take back the Highways Week" (which already sounds militant enough) where for a week, they basically send out every state trooper and any cop they can get off their ass to go out and write as many bull tickets as possible to "protect the citizens of this state" (which in political jargon 101 means, WE TAKE YOUR MONEY HAHA!). So far they have done this 3 times, and the 3rd time which was pretty recent, they kept it pretty much a secret that they were doing it until it leaked out. I think on average they end up writing like 30-35,000 tickets in a weeks period. |
