| Cheers guys on the feedback on the NL3.. I've tried looking for one either the keyboard or rack (I guess there's no difference) but there's none on ebay or soundonsound.com. I'll just have to keep looking. :) |

Here are a few others:
Vintage Synth Explorer Classifieds - pretty active and I've purchased several synths through their ads.
Harmony Central Classifieds - ditto.
craigslist - I see NL3s somewhat frequently in the SF/Bay area ads. Check the ads for your city and, especially, nearby large cities/metropolitan areas near you. |

| Just picked up a TX 802 for $130. :D Should add some fun 80s mojo to my tracks. |

| TB-303 FTW. Trance might not have ever existed if not for this tiny monster. |

Gearslutz.com classifieds as well. Loads of gear heads there with some pretty amazing setups. The classified section alone adds 3-4 pages per day of people selling stuff. |

Waldorf Q and TX 802 have arrived. A Waldorf Pulse is on it's way. :D
Will update with my thoughts on the TX 802, Q, Pulse, and XT in a couple months. I may have everything worth getting at this point .... I'm certainly just about out of room.
I decided against the Access Virus A. I don't think the menu-diving on the original would be any worse than on the Q, but, like the JP80x0, I just don't want its sound in my music. This being the primary reason I sold my TI a while back. The original is cheap, but even the TI won't do anything my other synths can't do better. |

Well, I did just did the opposite of Alanzo - I found a great deal on another Prophet 08 and picked it up. I sold mine a while ago after buying the PER, MEK, and Mopho, but I'm going back to it. Now, I just need to decide which of the three DSI synth(s) to sell to cover my costs, make space and inputs for the P08, etc. :conf:
I'm leaning toward keeping the PER and selling the MEK and Mopho. Thoughts? BTW, I've still got my Polar TI1, Nord 3, and Yamaha FS1R and they aren't going anywhere. |

Glad to know I'm not the only one who is silly enough to sell a synth and then turn around and buy it again a year or two down the line. :D How much did you pay? I resold mine for $1,100 and made about $100 on the sale.
I would sell the MEK as well... and the TI :p. How are the sub oscs on the MoPho? A sub OSC can really fatten a sound up, but it may not be so on the MoPho. I guess you wouldn't be interested in a Tetr4?
The nice thing about the PER is you get the SoundTower software included. It makes editing even easier than with the hardware PEK. |
