While they have proof that it's possible to think that they are getting shot at, they still need to think about their whole thought process, the way in which they are reacting, what leads up to it, and can you really justify, squeezing off 2 full clips into an assailant? Seriously think about it. He emptied his clip, then CONSCIOUSLY discarded that clip and reloaded. If that isn't idiocy, then I don't now what is.

Yea u say that but damn, if u think your being fired upon as well, (which could be a lie in this intsance) I would be laying down a hailstorm of lead at whoever is firing back at me with intent to destroy. |

Nah dude. It is pretty obvious when you are being fired at from assailants that are right under your nose. You can't mistake unarmed for armed. They will be pointing a gun at you. These guys never pulled a gun, were found to be unarmed, and yet they still shot 50 rounds at them. He yelled gun when the guy was probably doing as asked, to show id. I have been pulled over numerous times by the cops, and never has one of them ever pulled their gun on me thinking my wallet was a gun. |

I was saying in general, and why can't u mistake unarmed for armed, unless your under a bright light and in your face. The whole thing is a cluster for sure, and the cops handled it wrong. |

I kind of worded it a little wrong, but mistaking armed and shooting at you is pretty hard to mistake for unarmed and "supposedly" shooting at you. |

It specifically says that 1 cop shot off 31 rounds, one shot off 4, and one shot off 11, for a total of 46 shots. Read the rest of the thread before posting some assumption that isn't even half correct. |
