ok maybe tahts true for the first argument.. but most black guys go out with fat white women.
second argument.. i think that a black women definatley have a lower waist to hip ratio then white women (on average) their butts are usually bigger (ghetto booty) hence the ratio of the waist to hip ratio is lower.

They also (on average) have larger stomachs, increasing the waist to hip ratio. Waist to hip ratio generally increases with obesity level (as people get more unhealthily fat, they tend to pile up weight disproportionately on their stomach).
The link cites the average for black women as 0.852, generally considered an "elevated" ratio as noted in the abstract. That is from 1988, but not a whole lot has changed on this since then as far as I know (except that obesity has increased in all racial groups).
