do you have Yerba Mate tea down there? i know its big in peru...def speeds up metabolism and helps you stay alert/focused, boosts immune system. i swear by it. and Pu-Ehr tea from china...its fermented and aged in a cave lol, sounds nasty but it really works if you wanna lose weight in a healthy way. |
