I wasn't quite sure what to expect going into last night given that I was unfamiliar with both the DJS and the venue but looking back at last night I can unequivocally say that I had a great time.
Starting with the venue, I thought that it would be alot smaller than it was and it is a little on the smallish side but pretty much the whole club is taken up by the dancefloor so it sort of gives the place a bigger feel. There's also ample seating on the side of the dancefloor as there is no bottle service. I REALLY liked the soundsystem in the place as well. The crowd in there was friendly and up for the party as well. And unlike most clubs catering to us househeads it wasnt a total sausage fest. The only thing I didnt like was that random stage in front of the DJ booth wtf. Other than that though I have no complaints and i'd really like to go back there to party. So i'm hoping they book some other quality talent for this venue.

Now onto the music, I will say that I preferred Worthy over CVS. Not that I didn't like CVS but Worthy was more up my alley musically. He sounded a little deeper and funkier which I liked. CVS @ times got a little to "weird" for me.
Anyways I don't want to drone on and on so i'll end it here by saying last night was YET ANOTHER really good jam put on by Embrace who are quickly turning into my fav promoters in the city. And oh yea I can't wait for the Get Physical jam.

well, it's actually not all funktion one - nav got the mid/high horns and four of the subs, but augmented it with some JBL low-mid boxes and just put in a bullet tweeter box over the dance floor the other week. |
