hehe, good times indeed. i came along with the rest of the POP'ers but looks like there was a good crowd before we started arriving. quite a few new people in there as well. awesome job by all of you guys holding the crowd so late! |

well, i don't think there was a problem with the turnout at all (although might be a different story with bar $$ if everyone was showing up after last call).
i arrived to catch the last few minutes of sunwoo and then frenchy. house styles were very well suited for the main room. also, with most other regulars at ruby, it was an opportunity to meet some nice new folks. great tag team vibe from dirty and vahid as usual... especially me wanting to see what vahid would do when dirty handed over the decks to him with some more prog/trancey stuff.
and yes, kirk absolutely owned the front of the dance floor with his normally-upstairs monkey dance. and then a handful of us went to the end up, where donald glaude and dj dan were hanging out, and doc martin was finishing up and he also noticed kirk's entrance onto the dance floor. hehe. |
