I'd say this track is highly underrated and deserves more attention. Progressive gem.

It had few remixes and all of them were alright more or less, my favorites being Original mix and Matt Samuels Jackin' remix.

What are your thoughts?

(Sorry, no samples on Juno.)

more attention? It's an old tune. Not saying that an old tune can't be great and listened to for years on end, but generally new stuff gets the attention. :)

btw, samples are on Beatport.

It has been released shortly after I registered on TA and I don't remember any threads about it...
Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but okay then, let's call this thread a retrospective. :p

I thought it was one of the highlights of the Space Manoeuvres project. In fact, I'll just link to my review of the album:

The last track is titled merely The Seventh Planet on the back of the album, although a spot of reconnaissance in the inlay reveals it’s actually the Leama & Moor mix, which leaves you wondering what happened to the original...No matter what the title tells you, it appears to be simply a downbeat breaks remix of Stage One, with some widescreen pads and lush pianos thrown in.

It originally began an ambient remix, but apparently, Leama & Moor changed it enough such that it became more of an original track that simply used SM samples, so they just re-titled it all together as the Seventh Planet.

Kind of resides in some gray area between an original and a remix, but as for an 'original' version of the Seventh Planet, there isn't one.
