You need a lot of time and the "Save As..." menu item (which is often disabled in shareware versions, just to let you know) |

Dj chrono, hardware mixing console don't have to cost so much.. :nervous: A mackie cfx 16 or a spirit folio is less then your software mastering or if you're really low on budget you can buy a behringer which is about 350 $
What you also need : QUALITY AUDIO CABLES :haha: :haha: :haha: |

don't forget that you can have all the top of the line hardware there could be and produce tracks, or u could have cheap stolen apps and produce great track (bad sounding though :) ) It's all about creativity and skill
Good luck |

For professional tracks you will need:
1) A good computer with a powerful processor, and a ton of ram. (lets say $2000 CND)
2) A good sound card, something around M-Audio quality. ($500)
3) A midi interface for your computer. ($150)
4) A sequencer program like Sonar, Cubase, Logic etc. ($1000)
5) A wave editior program like Soundforge or Cooledit Pro ($?)
6) Hardware synths, like Novation Supernova, Waldorf Q, Access Virus C, etc. ($2000 each.. used)
7) A few softsynths in addition to, or in place of hardware. ( $ varies)
8) A midi keyboard ($250)
9) A program for drums, like Reason, or hardware drum machines like the Korg ER-1. ($800)
10) A decent pair of monitor speakers ($500)
11) Mastering software like Waves Gold Bundel ($1,500) or hardware mastering devices ($alot)
11) Skill. (priceless)
of course you could download all the software and cut corners in alot of places, but these are my recommendations! :tongue2 |
Mind you I have heard decent tracker tracks without $10,000 worth of equipment. Likewise quite a bit of crap produced with $100,000 grand of eqiupment. |

FruityLoops, the downloadable version doesn't let you save your work. Lots of other examples. |

This is why you need a punching back in your room too, that helps, but sometimes i feel its not enough just to punch and kick...... therefor i found this cool trick
Okay, its very cool, you need alotta flamable teddy bears, a lighter and lighter fuel....... Okay pore lighter fuel over the teddy bear and light it up!
It kicks ass!.....oh yeah dont light it while standig with your laundry btw, thats not good......thats kinda bad...... |
