| Replica firearms in canada are in somesort of legal limbo. They're not legal, but they're not illegal either. You won't get into trouble so long as you keep it concealed and use it responsibly (like for shooting your brother). There's also a legal limit for the velocity of the projectiles, but I can't remember exactly what it is. I think it's around 300 feet/sec for paint balls. Beyond that it will be considered a weapon and you'll need a liscence. |

since i'm living in the woods now, i figured i'd go get a paintball gun to shoot my brother and what not, i did some looking around and i'd like to buy

but i dont know if the laws in canada would allow me to have a replica gun like that,
so i'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions for cool paintball guns, that might actually be legal in my silly little gun shy country. | If the 4 was a 3, it would say rap3

Yes, and in some cases they will seize it and send it off to be destroyed. You have to buy within the country and you can't leave with it. If you plan on moving to a different country you'll have to sell it, then rebuy another one there. |
