What about a n00b forum? there are a lot of n00b's wandering aroun d here. they have a lot of questions what could be post in such a forum
they don't have to start any threads with "Hi I'm new" and the questions about how all the things work on the forum or some things like that can be posted here |

I've been thinking about this for a while and I'll probably do something soon...
As well as setting up a better FAQ/How-to section of the forums where members can compile their own little mini tutorials or have a bunch of ppl contribute and share the knowledge.
Wurd. |

thatd make sense, to have How - to - sections; cause somethings like gettin sigs to work are difficult.. and to be honest if I had no idea how to upload pictures etc, our chillouts help section wouldnt help me AT all.. its just people talking saying, oh yeah this is a good idea
but to have a whole forum dedicated only to noob's.. hmm we'll see how it plays out:conf: |

Yeah, also a good idea, but what about n00bs themselves? threads with where they live, what they are doing here, and why they joined us. you know, things like that. maybe combined with FAQ/How-to section? |

Yeah i think there needs to be a message that people have to read before they are accepted to the site. But too be honest this may help some people, but in the main noobs will still post the same things in the same sections. Unfortunatly people dont like to sit there reading. For example when you get a new comp game you dotn read the manual. :)
Well maybe improve the FAQ page, and point it out to them. Coz i didnt even know what it was when i arrived :) |

| isn't there a option to send them a PM, at the moment that they just have registered? you could say in that PM to go to the n00b forum or things like that |

not sure about a noob forum....but as i've read up above, more FAQ and even links to some frequently asked stuff...(download livesets, convert mp3's, whatever else...)even though links already exist, but some ppl dont look.
