Mauro Picotto - Komonster will be released on Alchemy soonish (about 2 months tops) and is great! :happy2:

I do remember reading an interviw with him in some mag - he did say that he's winding down due to family/kids and also some hearing problems. Plus I think ever since Armin sued (and won) over copyright infringement, Mauro may have said " all to this"... (that's just a stipulation, of course).
Last time he was in NYC people said the set was AWFUL. he was all over the place and at one point they were even expecting him to play "Soulja boy". Imho, his prime has passed....
I never really dug much of his techier sound and I especially never got into his buddies - Mauro Piu... wtf that punter was on is still a mystery to me. AAnywhay. rant over. |
