The Beast and Miller High Life bring back really bad memories!

If at any point you venture out to Victoria, try the Phillips Chocolate Porter, its one of the best beers i've had, ever! Hell, any of the Phillips beers are amazing

It's pretty terrible. I can't believe I forgot to write that one.

Corona is garbage and anybody that drinks it does so only to look cool.

Same with Guinness. Pure unadulterated trash.

LOL ok

Worst beers: Canadian, Labatt, Laker, Budweiser. I'm probably forgetting some but I don't really pay attention to the garbage beer.

Don't really understand the hate directed toward Hoegaarden, Stella, Corona, Guinness, etc. Well, Stella is the "cheap" beer in Europe, and Corona is a lot better in Mexico, but even still, they're hardly the worst in the world and certainly not worse than Blue or Bud Light. I think a lot of Canadians used to Canadian brews are accustomed to their beer being hyper-carbonated like a soda pop and think that anything else tastes flat and bitter.

Who's hating on Hoegaarden?? N00bs

These beers you post on here I would consider premium. Having spent time everywhere from fraternities of Penn State to the grimy off campus areas of the University of Pittsburgh to the ghettos of Washington DC, I can name some truly raunchy beers.

1. Laser Malt Liquor
2. Silver Thunder malt liquor
3. Peel's (six packs were about $3)
4. Jacob's Best ($32 for a 16 gallon keg).
5. Shaefers (about the same)
6. Genny Cream Ale (you wake up with the most horrible gas and your arms are numb)
7. Blatz (famous for many 10 cent or 20 cent draft nights which no longer occur these days)
8. Natty Light (25 cent draft nights)
9. King Cobra Malt liquor
10. Old German ("The World Knows no finer" is the motto- its made by iron city in Pittsburgh- basically its whats left at the bottom of the vat when most of the beer has been removed)
11. Natty Boh (from Baltimore- their logo is a dude with one eye and a mustache)
12. Pabst Blue Ribbon (which really doesn't belong on this list, I consider it more premium than the rest)

I'm sure there are more beers I consumed during my college years that also belong on this list but cannot remember.

;)

Favs: Stella, Heineken, Grolsch, Dab, Carslberg! KEO, a Warsteiner, Weissbier, I'm sure there are a lot more.

ty: Not a huge fan of mexican beer but it's not like I can't drink them, I can, just NOT a fan. Hoegarden is not a good tasting beer, I think that's the only one I've had and gone "wtf".
