Emmmm i didnt look at the other areas of the forum if it was disccused. The tiesto canda tour. According to the website it says:
My Bookings for June 2002
01 United Kingdom - Newcastle, Cream
01 United Kingdom - Winchester, Homelands - 20.00 - 22.00
02 Scotland, Colours/Type
03 United Kingom - Manchester, Golden
06 Canada, Tour Canada <-- and june 6th is a thursday.
Needing to know venue and date. Any clues anybody?

As for Area 2, he will be there in august, with digweed, carl cox and this other guy. Its mon aug 5 th at 2: 30 pm andits a seated event and all ages. The floor area is reserved for media and film crew. i have no idea how this will be succesfull. Maybe the people under 19 will fill the seats and ultra-die-hard-tekno fans. But this music is to be listened too and danced too.
Like the event with okenfold and chemical brothers, 8 to midnight, too much lighting, seats were'ent filled, lots of people weren't dancing as much. I da knaow, in a way I hope area 2 flops so they can relize that you cant stand in one spot and listen to crazy musac.
Other than that, anybopdy with any Tiesto info for june would be a plus. thanks

I would never hope that it flops! I don't know about you, but I sure can stand in one spot and listen good trance music! Have you seen Tiesto before, you been in the front? When I saw him, I had no choice but to stand in the same spot for 3 hours to listen to him. And every second was worth it. I love to dance just as much as the next person... if not more... but good DJ's and good music aren't easy to come by, and I would be more than happy to stand in 1 spot all night again to hear those sweet sounds you call "crazy" music.

Don't mean to raz you...:p

I understand your point of view completely.
I'll givr more detail to what I meant.
Imagine paying 90$ (for 100-300 level seating at the molson amphitheater, where the event is taking palce) ot 70$ for the intermediate levels, or 46$ for the rest. You have a seat row and everything. Limiting where you can go and do. On a more personal scale, I like to move around. Not to be confined to dance in front of a seat or in the aisles.
And How are the accoustics gonna be?
How far away is the stage gonna be?
Then again I've never been to the amphitheater, so I have no clue how things are gonna be. But so far what I've seen on ticketmaster.ca and House of Blues it doesn't look to good. I da knaow yet.
I've been to 2 tiesto show so far me thinks, and it was kick ass. Surrounded by people and moving around wherever, thats what I meant. you ge to to go the front back , side left right, wherever and not be limited to an area. That's my "annoyance" so to speak. Picture you or anyone, liking to be in the front but your stuck at some far off stadium seat and the looser media hogs the GA floor(which is what the floor has been desgnated to according to HOB). I think of that, and get discouraged and with the experience from the hershey center, no to to motivated right now.
well that was that aannd defevitely goign to the june show.
O-k , laters. :gsmile:
