Found this today, the M_Nus crew looks like they were in Star Trek with those costumes hahaha and the cube thing is a bit of a ridiculous marketing ploy to get you to buy that membership card but they have some awesome prizes up for grabs:
"After the last CONTAKT event in December all active members, who have made contakt with the Cube at any of the events, will have the chance to win one of three fantastic prizes in the final CONTAKT SWEEPSTAKES. The Grand Prize winner will receive a Native Instruments package including Native Instruments Komplete Software Instruments, NI Traktor Scratch System and NI Kore System. The 2nd prize winner will receive an Allen & Heath Xone:92 mixer and the 3rd prize is a €200 m-nus.com online gift certificate."
This whole "come in contakt" with the cube is kind of freaking me out though haha.
Anyways, I'm excited that Montreal made it as one of their "10 strategic locations" for their 10-year anniversary tour. Never seen any of them before, so i'll most likely be present.
The venue is TBC, i wonder where it'll be held. |

Great ! I was waiting to see what date it would be !!
I will catch the Sonar showcase and maybe the 10 days off show as well !
The interesting thing is that the show in Montreal will probably be one of the minor ones, but it won't be filled with too many hipsters :)

So I'm trying to understand the rotating line-up. Does this mean we can expect Richie Hawtin, Magda & Troy Price, Marc Houle, Heartthrob and Gaiser at this event and that Loco Dice, JPLS, Tractile, Ambivalent, Barem or Niederflur might be there?
Or are they all variable aside from Richie Hawtin, Magda & Price? |
