Progressive sounds from the 90's. Just tested some new old records, wasn't too sure of my current vinyl skills since its been more than a while when I touched a pair of 1200's last time. These are some of the tracks that might be heard this friday in Danceteria upstairs (DTM, Helsinki) where I will play 4 hours of oldskool sounds with olliS :)

Holy . You have Star of David on vinyl? I've been searching for that on CD for months now. I'm on the verge of buying one of those digital turntables and a second hand vinyl of it, because I love that track to pieces.
This looks a great mix too. I'll have to give it a listen, although I'm so backlogged on material to listen to you might have to wait a while for feedback. |

Yeah just found "Star of David/The Blessing" from Discogs..I was still more excited of getting Four Seasons/The Runner since I only had the album version of The Runner which is only ~5 minutes long :/
Downloading your Epic mixes now, they are way more true to the original sound than this, this is trancier and the tracks are more like 96-> than before that. Should do a decent mix of that sound, as I said I haven't planned this at all and you can defo hear it on couple of tracks :>
But its cool to notice that TA isn't just all about Armin etc, for me this sound has always been the real definition of trance music although I do play modern techno, tech-, deep- and progressive house these days :) |
