I have a hog isle boa, he's almost two years, so he's not that big yet. And I feed him dead mice...I don't mind feeding him. Huge adrenaline rush when he grabs the mouse from my hand, it all happens so fast! Well, my sis and I purchased some for him today. I just went to feed him.
OMG one of the mice's heads was almost cut (or ate) off!!! I almost died, it was sooooo gross. EEEEEEWWWWWW!! :wtf:
I threw that one away, and now snakey (i couldn't think of a name) has a full tummy!! |

If you ever have any question regarding your snake let me know and I'll put you in touch with some good friends of mine who deal with snakes as their business.
They own their own business doing shows, parties, public awareness booths and a lot a stuff with the Ministry of Natural Resources Canada up here.
They know a LOT about snakes and reptiles.
They own a lot of turtles too.
In fact, they have the largest collection of indigenious native Ontario snakes in the province.
Just thought I'd let yea know. ;) |
