| This is an attempt to at least begin compiling a list of companies across the country that are currently active in throwing parties. I have this message posted on about 140 message board across the country. Please include your companys name, a method of contact(email address is probably best),myspace address, and website(if available) |

| just a side question ... what is the difference between promotions and productions? my friends and I have been throwing parties and they're getting bigger each time to where now its atleast 50 people each time that show up. we call our group burning hut productions. should it be promotions or productions? |

To be honest, I think you are going to have a tough time getting info out of a lot of people if that's what it's for. |

yes probably... not too much I can do about that now.. I really did not think it was such a big deal.. but I guess it is.. I really did not have any bad intentions, but people just want to find something wrong with everything. I am used to having a ton of haters it comes with the territory.. no biggie.. I will just keep trying and those that believe will and those that hate will just stand by the sidelines yelling the whole time..
People gave me a lot of hated responses when I started looking for people to pass out cds for me at parties about a month ago... I currently have 24 people from across the country passing out cds and on top of that have distributed 3600 cds already. I have been getting a great response from it and I am learning that people will always hate on other people for trying to make things happen. |

Easy bro, wasn't trying to hate, just stating.
It's going to be hard to get because sending out a promoter's contact info in mass to every booking agent in the world & publish in magazines creates a lot of spam for the promoter from unwanted sources. Everyone's a superstar DJ in the eyes of their booking agent (which could be the DJ themselves), the promoter is going to work with what DJ's & their respective booking agents that they want to work in with whatever their business model is. |
