thank you pkcRAISTLIN for reminding all of us, again, that the premise of this thread is pointless.
ISRAEL DOESN'T HAVE TO SUBMIT TO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SIGNATORIES TO THE NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION TREATY. Israel in '68 had the smarts and forsight not to enter into it knowing full well what the future and her enemies had in store for her. Iran, on the other hand....they're playing dangerous game.
...and Krypton, youre a lousy American |

Playing dumb? You rambled on about the radio and cars, as if that proved anything...Iran has cars. Iran has shopping malls. Iran has ski resorts. Iran has a free trade zone (Kush Island). Iran's people are modern in every way the West is modern.

Kurds participate in the Iranian elections!! Hard to argue against someone who can't even get the simple facts straight...Saddam is gone now? What kind of punk ass argument is that? YOUR POINT?
| quote: | | Iran's culture was at its peak hundereds of years ago. |
How do you know? Are you some expert historian?
| quote: | | You know, it's people like you who would also be defending the Soviet Union if it was still around today. You truly take the USA for granted, and you obviously havent traveled to or truly studied in depth about other cultures and countries. |
The Soviet Union? First, in a thread about Iran, you mention Nashville and Tampa, and now the Soviet Union? We're all over the place with you aren't we?
I take my US citizenship for granted...how? Because I am in opposition to my government's foreign policies? Let me guess...You think I'm a terrorist loving traitor? F*cking nationalism is a virus, and you're a prime example...lol @ the culture comments...coming from someone who thinks Iran is a backwards country...:haha: :haha: |

under the terms of the treaty i believe thay are only permitted to do so in a time of war.
when it comes to Iran though, it's irrelevant. they've already violated parts of the treaty.
the real problem is the UN. they're worthless. a worthless and feckless bunch of beaurocrats that are, effectively, only in it for themselves. |

you didn't answer my question.
so, do you think iran will give back whatever it received as part of signing the treaty? |

It is the same UN that Bush used to sell the war on terror to the world and the invasion of Iraq. |

like i stated before, it's irrelevant whether they withdarw from the treaty.
the multiple UN Security Council resolutions that have been imposed over the last three years are legally binding with or without the Mullah's review of the NPT. |

the UN had no part in the invasion of Iraq.

well it is good to see that U.S doesnt give a about what the UN member think, and will continue to do what they like regardless.
With this type of behaviour they cant expect other countries to obey UN either. |

UNSCR 1441 was passed unanimously.
this is where we get into the fecklessness and impotency of the UN as a whole. |
