humm random question but at what level do you guys set your chair when working on your computer?
I obviously don't expect any serious replies but well myself, I have this tendency of putting the chair at the lowest level.
If I don't, I keep bending over the table and getting wrists pains.
It's mostly due to me not sitting properly usually I guess. |

my seat is at its lowest level. imo, most seats go far too high. i like to have my feet planted firmly on the ground.
one thing i cant handle though, this ing desk! i used to have a really big desk and now i have a thinner one with a keyboard tray. i thought... wow! keboard tray how neat. now i have nowhere to rest my arms. my shoulderes get sore and stuff :(

Yeah in order for my feet to touch the ground it needs to be pretty low. But at home I use a director's chair in front of my computer so I dont have much of an option.
Speaking of chair heights, one of my biggest pet peeves is when people come into my office to talk to my officemates, sit at my desk and adjust the chair to their height. Then I come back from wherever and my feet are dangling... so I have to spend another minute to readjust to MY perfect level. UGH. It makes me so mad. |

I'm fairly tall but I still prefer to set it as low as possible.
I like to have my legs bended like this:

| My butt is close to the edge, sort of a gangsta lean usually unless I'm producing phat beats then I'm all up in my monitors biznezz. |
