i asked about the date because labor day is 9/1 this year, and i don't recall a lol being in august. as for the lineup - it would be nice to know who's going to be at guvernment/kool haus

I heard from a very reliable source that it will be a retro Labour of Love.....80s music in all rooms.....and Armin will be doing an 8 hour set going through all genres of popular music from the 80s.

This is going to be a sick night.

Don't take it personally, it's just way too early to be asking these sort of things. Nobody will really know until probably mid-July at the earliest, if that.

God, why do people ask about the party line ups 3+ months in advance? I know planning a trip is important, but even planning a month ahead is still a lot of advance time.

My advice would be to assume you are attending Labour of Love. The party has been a blast every year since it started, there is always a great TA and international turn out, the music and vibe is always amazing.

Regardless of your fav DJ being on the bill or not, it is a great party with a unique atmosphere in Toronto. Come out, do a little dance, meet a few people, listen to some tunes, and maybe do another little dance.

I think a better question would be, Is anybody taking over the TA BBQ? I would think this would take much more planning than just heading over to LOL. ??

I could probably host one. And I'm only 20 min walk from Guv.

But revealing and welcoming ppl from TA to my home may cause future eggings and other forms of vandalism

For some reason I wanna say she moved away. I think I remember something about that from last year. In any case, keep your eyes and ears open for anyone willing to throw one this year. I know it takes a great deal of organization and responsibility, but if a lot of people pitch in, it can be done for sure. It's such a good event and a great way to meet TAs. Lots of fun, too. ;)

nats living in ireland atm, and personally i don't know who could fill those shoes and throw a TA bbq that would even come close to what it has been...unfortunately
