the Weather was, ! haha

Burridge was droppin some nice deep house mixed with some minimal tech. was pretty happy to see him.

DnB MC's suck. That's all I have to say about Dieselboy.

the Method owned the Fest up and down, I dried out from the rain, and had a blast.

They played this ID toward the end that I've been trying to find for a long time, that made me so happy. Goes like this;

"It feels like, Flo-o-o-oo-o-a-ting, It Feels like Floating, Floating, Floating"

lots of sick electro and breaks overall, I think they encored 6 times.

it was pouring rain on and off throughout the night and i had to throw away my keychain pocketknife thingie, but otherwise lee was solid (church of nonsense/tides mashup ftw). it's refreshing to see dj's still spin wax nowadays. shame i'm gonna miss thievery corp today :\

also, only in wisconsin will you see middle aged women with their kids raving out to burridge @ a stage devoted to harley davidson products

dieselboy was awful, and I think the rain actually got worse during his time.

Kudos to Burridge for rocking and being humble enough to open for that sad act.

Crystal Method was undeniably fun, esp with the dude crowdsurfing and dancing on monitors.

It was great to meet TA dudes in real life, see you soon no doubt!

Had a really great time at this show.

Lee was the cats pajamas. Great set, fun guy.

Dieselboy's set had it's moments, few and far but it had its moments. Anytime I came close to getting into it, his MC started Mcing and ruined it. It reminded me of when you go to the lame meet market clubs, and the guy keeps hopping on the mic and telling you about the drink specials. It really is a type of d&b that just annoys me. I'm not really a D&B fan, but I tend to get more into D&B that is more chill and understated. On top of all that the language the mc was using will proubly keep dieselboy from getting to play at summerfest ever again. YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

The crystal method was a great. A really great all around set. I couldn't stop dancing through the entire set. I was with a bunch of kids from Harley, so I spent the second half of crystal on the balcony and got free beer. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy!

Pretty much a sandwich, made with really really great bread;)

I must have been only 10 feet from that spot, in the middle.

I rocked my blue military hat with a black button up.

Burridge was sick and he spun well aside from one blatantly obvious trainwreck which he quickly fixed and shrugged off. I really liked how after they cut his set short he played the last song out and climbed into the audience to dance.

Dieselboy might have been but I couldn't hear the beats over the MC. My buddy met the MC later at a caricature or tatoo tent and apparently he's a stand-up guy. Also people were moshing in the front row like it was a Mudvayne concert. My girlfriend and I kept getting shoved around so after a minor scuffle we promptly left.

Nice meeting you burnedwithin and briefly chillin with the normal TAs.

Regardless, Thievery Corporation the next night was by far and away the best show of the 11 days.
