the hell does she want to goto a rave for if she doesn't do drugs?
have you ever been to a rave sober? it blows!

But judging by what you've written, I guess you aren't talking about an actual rave rave.

I usually don't reply much but I just feel bad on this one. He said more house than trance and the three artists named were AVB, tiesto and Van Dyke. Wow, fail.

If you want something she can dance to, avoid weekend parties. Mid-week stuff by local dj's can be some insanely great parties. BK is full of warehouse parties. My friends who are long time partiers were just raving about this epic all night bender on Saturday over there. Just keep your ears and eyes open and you'll find something good. If that fails, Cielo, APT or Sullivan Room usually provide good parties fairly consistently, with a bar, while not being over packed, again, avoid weekends.

thatīs not true. been to a few raves and thousands of parties and never did drugs and as long as the music was good, i had tons of fun.

Tiesto and PVD were only named to compare ticket prices. If you could read you would have seen that. I suggested Armin because he is already in Brooklyn and he did mention trance AND house.

I think I liked it better when you didn't reply. Avoid weekends...What kind of advice is that?

lol, everyone, thanks for the discussion. its shockingly guiding me.

lounger: warehouse parties seem amazing, ive only dreamed of going to them. is there a consistent venue/production "agency?" that has them? or do i just have to keep my eyes open on these boards. will they be listed as "warehouse parties"? or what, i'm kind of confused but extremely intrigued.

thanks again!

Highly rare that any warehouse parties would be posted here.

Why is that?

Probably for the following reasons:

1. The most underground warehouse parties are spread through word of mouth/flyer and would never be posted on any msg board.

2. The new promoters that do try to post them here often get chased away by the TA police.

3. This is a website catered more towards clubbing and not especially raving. There are many other sites however that do cater more towards raves.

(Since I've been here I have seen no more than 4 or so warehouse parties listed here)

The raves are dead and warehouse parties are word-of-mouth. Next question.
